The receptionist was kind and offered us a map of the area and some tips on where to go. the bed was comfortable and the room had a mini-fridge which was convenient. the hotel had a good location, just a short walk away from the main street and all the stores.
The shower was very small and we had to squat down to fit. the wifi was terrible and kept cutting out.

Placed on the intersection of the main roads. ~15km away from Sirmione (Lake Garda), and some 10 from Verona. Free parking on site.
With a little effort of Local stuff, Hotel and park around it could look much better. Could use a renovation (outside).

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations for local attractions and were always willing to assist with any requests. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms. The location was convenient, being close to downtown Verona and easily accessible by public transportation. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which offered a variety of options to start the day.

All problems are paid with proximity to the restaurant Deco.
It's getting old and needs lot of improvements. Tv doesn't work or is not in the room at all. Wi-fi only in the lobby. Poor breakfast.

Rather clean; vicinity both of the Lake Garda and Verona.
No balcony although it was in the room description; don't accept credit cards, although announced at the web site; space around hotel potentially beautiful, but not maintained at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The front desk person and the security guy were very friendly and helpful, pointing out transportation options. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and the facilities provided. The staff also served a delicious breakfast.
No issues.
